Our fourth guest is Heidi Alemans, the founder of Krush. A big breakfast fan, Heidi saves food from various manufacturers to develop new breakfast varieties. Worldwide, about 1/3 of all food is wasted. Heidi thinks this can be improved. She hopes to inspire people not to throw away their food.
